![]() HP technical support is stumped as well, as I was on the phone with them for 5 hours, a couple of days ago. Have tried to install, uninstall drivers (etc.) for several days. Used that older ScanJet scanner and SDSS 3.7.1 for several years without incident, and worked very well. This comes as I have upgraded from a ScanJet Enterprise Flow s2 scanner with SDSS 3.7.1. If I clink OK to that, then SDSS just shows a red X, as if the scanner is turned off or truley disconnected. Be sure the scanner is properly conencted and turned on. ![]() SDSS 3.8 doesn't recognize my scanner (ScanJet Enterprise Flow s3) for some reason.
